Nicole vs. Mexico
The Women's National Soccer Team is back from China and in the midst of a three game run against Mexico. Nicole got to start for the second game earlier this week and kept Mexico from scoring. Way to go Nicole! Of course, the game wasn't on TV this time, but at least ussoccer.com had some pictures of her. Doesn't she look so cool? These are from www.ussoccer.com.

Egan's Creek Greenwway
Just down the street from our house is a greenway trail system that runs through a failed agricultural project. A while ago, some people thought it would be a great idea to fill some fresh and saltwater wetlands, put in a ton of ditches and canals and try to grow crops. Go figure, it didn't work.... But, at least now we have a nice little trail to walk on with Vinny and see lots of birds and even the occasional alligator. This was one of our Sunday afternoon walks with Vinny. The weather is finally starting to cool a little, so we will have to resume our weekend hikes around Amelia and the surrounding islands!
Its a Toad eat Toad world....
Josh went out to take care of Vinny one night, and this is what we encountered....weird. Sorry, the shooting isn't exactly what you would call stable...

Visiting Craig in Destin
A few weeks ago, we went to go visit Craig in Destin, FL. To say the least, we had a great time. It was great to spend the time with Craig, even if it was only for a short weekend. The beach at Destin is amazing too. The sand is brilliant white and the water is crystal clear. We even had dolphins less than 10 feet from us at one point! We can't wait to go back and see Craig again.
