Nicole's World Cup Number!

Need I say more? She has her name commercially produced. Yo go girl! have fun in China!

"Its my favorite thing..."

When Linda was down a few months ago, she told us a joke about a dog who decides everything is his favorite thing. The tone in Linda's voice when she spoke of the dog's thoughts, "Its my favorite thing..." stuck in our heads and now when we see Vinny happy, Linda's voice comes into our head. So, we thought we would show you some pictures of one of Vinny's truly favorite things. Riding in the car and going to visit Josh's parents and their dogs.

Stefani and Elle's Shower

Well, better late then never I guess. When we where at Josh's parents, the family threw a baby shower for Stefani and Elle. We had a great time and I can't believe how big she is getting. Still so cute!!! Even though she seems to be rooting for NCSU, there is still time to convert her to a real school, Duke....

A lovely weekend in Flagler Beach, FL

For our anniversary this year, we went back to the White Orchid Inn in Flagler Beach, FL. It is just over an hour away, but it feels like a world away when you get there and have nothing to do but relax in this beautiful inn, right across from the ocean. They have a spa, a mineral pool, a regular pool, bikes, beach chairs and awesome breakfasts. The weekend wasn't long enough!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax and let go! Can you believe we have been married for three years!! Wow!!

Bathroom Renovations...

Almost there....

A Visit with Steph, Adam and Asher

To say the least, I had a great weekend with Asher, Steph and Adam. They are such a wonderful little family and Asher couldn't be a more perfect addition. I just wish I could be with them more often! I think of them all of the time and can't wait to see Asher as he grows up!!

Winery Concert in PA

When I was home, I went with Joan,Ron and company to a very nice, laid back outdoor concert at a local winery. We had lots of wine and even tolerated the big band music into the night. One hint though, watch out for those jalapeƱo sausage ball things (armadillo eggs) and stay away from Rob after he eats anything! It was a lot of fun to spend that much time with my parents and Joan and Ron. Maybe next time Josh will be allowed to come :)

Sulzbacher Center in Jacksonville

The food prep group. Brian and New Guy.
Suzie and Michelle.
Ernestyne and Cara.
Ryan, Megan and Courtney.

A week ago, ESI sponsored a lunch at the Sulzbacher Homeless Shelter in Jacksonville and a bunch of the office went to do food prep and serve lunch. My team (Suzie, Michelle, Cara, and Brian), minus Micheal who was living it up in Mexico, went and helped with food prep. It was a great experience and I would love to do it again. I got to cook and help people, what a great combo!

Bathroom Update

So much progress, way to go Josh! He has made it to the home stretch and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Stuff going into the bathroom is finalized product and it is starting to look like a bathroom again. Not too long now....

Cara's Baby Shower

The adventure for this past weekend was Cara's (my boss) baby shower. I think it was a success. The food turned out great and everyone seemed to have a good time. The theme was an upscale Florida Gators tailgate to celebrate Baby Boy Connolly.

We had tailgate food and even customized drink koozies with Root Beer. A couple games, including "figure out the melted candy bar in the diaper," and call it done! Michelle's baby, Davis, even made it to the party as the token young man, but I think he ate it up!

The Adventures of Chip, Chris and Josh...

These are a little out of place, but definitely still blog worthy. So, I had to sacrifice blog orderliness. Oh well.

Chris and Josh spent the night before Chip's wedding at the retreat center where the wedding was being held. Oddly enough, there where no pictures from that night, hmmm.

But there are pictures from the morning after, when they were supposed to be getting things ready for the wedding. They must have done both somehow, because there seemed to be no panicked bride or wedding planner.

Chris, you might want to watch out for those killer grape vines, they can be a bugger sometimes!

No, thats not a beaver far off in the New River, that is in fact Chris...

They (Chip, Josh and others) left Chris in the river with nothing but his hatchet. Although, I don't think Chris minded. I hope I never come across a guy like this in the woods!

Meet Joe Dirt... Well, actually that is the groom! This is what Chip looked like before they took him to the barber before the wedding! Man, he has been off in the backwoods too long! Just kidding, its just a wig, thank goodness!

Sampson... Dog or Cave Troll?

This is Sampson. He is Michelle's dog (one of my co-workers). My boss says he looks like the cave troll from Lord of the Rings, oh course, Michelle doesn't think so. I must admit, this picture doesn't help the argument against the cave troll. He was hanging out with us while we were cooking for my boss's baby shower and as you may be able to tell from the dangling drool, he was hoping we would drop some food onto the floor. Trust me, he got more than his fair share that night! Cave troll or not, he is still a very sweet dog.

More Asher!

Look at this cute baby boy. Is he not the perfect addition to this beautiful little family!?
