This past Sunday afternoon, we decided to take advantage of the less humid weather and hit the water in you very under-utilized kayak. Florida definitely has the outdoor recreation
opportunities, that's for sure
. As long as it isn't the middle of summer and a billion degrees plus 110% humidity! This was one of the many creeks along the coast, just two islands down from us. We couldn't have asked for better weather. Lots of nice scenery, the occasional jumping fish, and even an osprey perching on the bluff. The way back was a bit of a challenge, but all in all, a very nice afternoon. Welcome Florida fall! We have waited all summer for you!
